Béatrice de Noray joins the Bel Group Executive Committee as Chief Growth Officer

After 4 years at the head of Bel France, Béatrice de Noray has been promoted to Chief Growth Officer and joins the company’s Executive Committee. In her new role, she will bring to all the Group’s markets her strong leadership skills, her expertise in reconciling consumer expectations and market management challenges, and her experience in deploying Bel’s profitable and responsible growth model.

On 1 September 2023, Béatrice de Noray will become Bel’s Chief Growth Officer. In this role, she will be responsible for structuring and deploying the Group’s strategic growth levers, including accelerating innovation and partnerships to shape the future of food, strengthening a marketing approach that puts the consumer at the heart and makes brands purposeful, and developing new distribution channels. In her new role, Béatrice de Noray will aim to strengthen the response to the short- and long-term challenges facing the Group, its markets, and its brands, so that it can offer products and services that are as close as possible to the needs and expectations of its consumers around the world.

In appointing Béatrice de Noray to the Bel Group Executive Committee, CEO Cécile Béliot has chosen an expert who has risen to the challenges of transforming a key market for Bel and has also confirmed the parity of the Group’s Executive Committee. Béatrice de Noray joins an Executive Committee pursuing the Bel Group’s long-term strategy of becoming the benchmark for healthy portions of food (dairy, fruit and plant-based), for to all.

Béatrice de Noray joined the Bel Group in 2019 as General Manager of Bel France, the Group’s structuring market and historical birthplace, where she has strengthened both its growth and its positioning as a key player in the food industry with the entire ecosystem (upstream dairy, distributors, institutional players).

Béatrice de Noray began her career at Procter & Gamble in 1996, where, after holding positions in customer and category management, she was appointed Corporate Strategy Director for France in 2004. In 2009, she expanded her role, becoming National Sales Director for France and then Associate Director in charge of international customers. In 2014, she became Managing Director of P&G Prestige for France and Benelux. As part of the sale of the P&G Prestige brands to the American group Coty, Béatrice de Noray managed the integration of the brands, before taking over as Managing Director of Coty Luxe France in October 2016.
