OUR PURPOSE
THE MISSION COMMITTEE
By adopting the status of a mission-led company, the Bel Group and its family shareholders reaffirm their long-term vision, where profitability and responsibility go hand in hand. The effective implementation of this mission has been entrusted to a Mission Committee, established at the end of 2024. This committee will enable us to both ensure the continuity of our commitment and take our thinking and actions even further.

"Becoming a mission-led company helps to sustain a model that remains quite unique in the market: a company that goes far beyond reporting to implement a positive impact model for people and the planet."
MULTIPLE ROLES
-
A ROLE OF MONITORING AND CHALLENGING
The Committee reviews and validates the mission model and its overall coherence. It assesses the relevance of the objectives and their level of achievement, while questioning the mission trajectory. This is the minimum required by the PACTE law.
-
A ROLE OF PATHFINDER
Beyond its legally defined role, the Committee can act as a pathfinder. With an outward-looking approach, it picks up on weak signals from stakeholders to help shape the future of the mission.
-
A ROLE OF EXPLORER
With an inward-facing approach, the Committee can also identify risks and opportunities related to the mission within the company, and may highlight key challenges to be addressed.
