SHARED VALUE FOR ALL

COMMITTED TO SHARING SHARING ON ALL FRONTS

Our signature "For All For Good" embodies our commitment to providing healthier and more responsible food for everyone. It also reflects Bel Group's desire to create a model open to diversity and inclusion, both internally and externally, fostering greater social cohesion, well-being, and performance. Our ambition is clear: the value we create must be shared with all our ecosystems.

EMPOWERING EVERY EMPLOYEE AND FOSTERING ENGAGEMENT FOR ALL

At Bel, employees are at the heart of our success and growth! Their performance, development, and engagement make a difference every day. Together, we build an environment where everyone can thrive, driven by our unique family spirit and guided by our values.

The Group's "Nurture" social model aims to support the company's transformation and illustrates the unique experience Bel wishes to offer its employees:

  • BELONG - We are unstoppable when we are all committed
  • BELIEVE - We have a positive impact when we give meaning to our actions
  • BE WELL - We smile more genuinely when we feel safe and valued
  • BECOME - We flourish when we dare to try, learn, and grow

WE SHARE: THE GROUP'S EMPLOYEE SHAREHOLDING PLAN

Our family shareholders believe that all employees should have the opportunity to share in the value they create. To realize this vision, Bel is launching an initiative that allows its employees to acquire shares of the group under favorable conditions. This program was initiated in 2024 in three strategic countries—France, the United States, and China—before gradually expanding to other markets in 2025 and 2026.

This approach is part of a long-term strategy aimed at developing a solid base of employee-shareholders, thus strengthening the group's stability. Accessible to all staff members, regardless of their hierarchical position, the scheme guarantees minimum investment thresholds and offers attractive appreciation potentials, combining security and performance for participants.

"My vision, my dream for Bel, is to build the most inclusive company possible, where everyone can be themselves at work and express their opinions without fear of being judged."

DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION

In alignment with our mission "For All, For Good," every Bel employee is dedicated to addressing issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion as fervently as environmental concerns.

  • TOGETHER, WE DARE

We dare to laugh heartily, but also to relentlessly call out inappropriate behaviors. We dare to recruit and develop individuals to better reflect the diversity of the communities we work with and for around the world.

  • TOGETHER, WE CARE

We care for each other, in respect of our values and family spirit. That's why we aim to create a safe and inclusive workspace where everyone can shine and thrive. A place where being oneself, expressing freely, and reaching one's full potential is possible.

  • TOGETHER, WE COMMIT

We commit to each other to proactively combat discrimination and harassment and to ensure equal opportunities. Our ambition? To be the three-star leaders of the food transition. We have the talents to achieve it, sharing the same mission, passion, and values.

ENSURING FAIR COMPENSATION FOR ALL EMPLOYEES

Bel ensures a safe environment along with fair compensation and benefits. Health and safety are top priorities: The Group has a health and safety policy aimed at "zero accidents and occupational illnesses," with a variable compensation indexed at 10% on health and safety criteria. In 2023, the Group launched an ambitious plan to improve workplace ergonomics and significantly reduce arduous factors by 2030 (temperature, lighting, noise, etc.). Across all sites, 1,300 workstations have been audited, and preventive actions have been implemented, starting with reducing heavy lifting and introducing 'cobots' (collaborative robots).

Regarding compensation, the Group always respects local legal minimums and ensures non-discriminatory pay practices. We also aim to ensure a living wage for all our employees worldwide. In 2023, we received the "Global Living Wage Employer" certification from the Fair Wage Network.

CULTURE OF ETHICS

The Think Ethics@Bel program, launched in 2024, aims to strengthen our ethical culture. This program is built around three core commitments:

  • promoting fair business practices,
  • caring for our stakeholders,
  • developing our activities with responsibility and integrity.

We have reinforced our Code of Business Conduct and enhanced our internal whistleblower system. This secure system ensures that all employees can anonymously report any ethical breaches.

A new anti-corruption training plan has been rolled out across the Group.

TRANSFORMING OUR ECOSYSTEM THROUGH VALUE SHARING

At Bel Group, we deploy a dynamic value-sharing strategy that engages our entire ecosystem. From fields to consumers, including our employees and local communities, we multiply concrete initiatives to combine economic performance and positive social impact.

Through our Corporate Foundation, our historic partnership with APBO, our volunteer programs, and local solidarity actions, we transform our vision into tangible actions. A global approach that shifts boundaries, from sustainable farming practices to social inclusion projects, creating value for all involved actors.

RISING COMMUNITIES: AN INNOVATIVE PROGRAM FOR SOLIDARY AND INCLUSIVE BUSINESS

For several years, we have been committed to supporting micro-entrepreneurs, who play a key role within our global value chain. These micro-entrepreneurs, such as street vendors, shopkeepers, or individuals from local communities, primarily operate in resource-constrained environments. By supporting them, we aim to bolster their economic resilience while driving the consumption of our products through channels that foster close connections between our brands, partners, and consumers.

These efforts are part of a major program called Rising Communities, which perfectly embodies our FOR ALL mission. This program is based on an innovative inclusive business model, where promoting social and economic integration is no longer optional but an essential priority for any mission-driven company looking to the future.

Lab'Bel: Opening up contemporary art for all.

Lab’Bel is a laboratory for ideas and innovation. Launched in 2010, its mission is to champion and fuel artistic creation. With an irreverent spirit, the activities of this creative lab range from building a collection—now on long-term loan to the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Dole—to staging bold exhibitions and art events across France and Europe. Lab’Bel also sparks performative, cross-disciplinary projects, diving into everything from modernist architecture to poetry and music.

Alongside this, Lab’Bel spearheads publications and artist's editions. Some of these, like the annual Collector's Edition The Laughing Cow® boxes designed by leading contemporary artists, are produced hand-in-hand with the Bel Group teams, serving as a playground for new forms of research and experimentation.
