Food safety and quality are prerequisites at Bel’s cheeses 32 production sites. All the sites meet the same food safety and quality demands defined by Bel and comply with recognized international standards and benchmarks, such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, BRC, and IFS, among others.

Unique manufacturing expertise

The single-serving portion format is Bel’s signature. A feat of miniaturization derived from unique manufacturing knowhow. Special manufacturing facilities are required to produce and package 6 grams of Apéricube®, a wedge of The Laughing Cow®, and Mini Babybel® cheese. Bel designs its own production chains and ensures the operation of all new production sites around the world.
