- Assorted Apéricube flavours
This recipe is based on Apéricube®
Mini Aperitif Corniottes
Instructions :
- Using a pastry cutter, cut a half-moon or circular piece of dough from a puff pastry disc
- Place an Apéricube of your choice in the centre
- Lift up the edges of the dough on three side to form a tricorn shape, pinch the dough together to close
- Place the corniottes on a baking tray
- Bake at gas mark 7 (210°C) for approx. 20 minutes (check the products regularly during baking)
- Leave to cool and enjoy warm
- Delicious!
Tip :
You can freeze your corniottes once they have completely cooled down. Take them out when needed and reheat at gas mark 5 for about 10 min.
