    • 2 large eggplants
    • 300 grams ground beef
    • 1 egg yolk
    • 10 green olives, 1 onion
    • 60 grams shredded cheese
    • Leerdammer® Character
    • Salt, pepper, thyme

Stuffed Eggplant with Beef and Shredded Leerdammer®

Instructions :

  • Cut the eggplants in half lengthwise, then use a spoon to remove their flesh.
  • Place in a mixing bowl the eggplant flesh, ground beef, egg yolk, chopped onion, olives cut into pieces, 30 grams of shredded Leerdammer® Character cheese, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well to obtain a homogeneous consistency.
  • Place the eggplants in a dish, stuff them with the mixture, tamp it down and sprinkle with the remainder of the Leerdammer® Character shredded cheese.
  • Put in oven for 40 min at 180°.
