Ingredients
- 500 grams rigatoni
- 200 grams zucchini
- 200 grams carrots
- 150 grams spring onions
- 300 grams chicken cutlets
- 60 grams shredded Leerdammer® Original cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 25 centiliters of dry white wine
- 8 tarragon leaves
- Salt, pepper

Rigatoni with Chicken and Shredded Leerdammer®
Instructions :
- Cook the rigatoni.
- While the rigatoni is cooking, slice the chicken cutlets into thin strips, cut the vegetables into matchsticks and slice the onion.
- In a large skillet, brown the chicken in the olive oil, then add the vegetables and onions and heat them through for about 5 minutes while stirring (the vegetables should remain crisp).
- Pour in the wine. Remove from heat and add rigatoni, then stir in the shredded Leerdammer® cheese.
- Decorate with tarragon leaves.
