  • Ingredients
    • 500 grams rigatoni
    • 200 grams zucchini
    • 200 grams carrots
    • 150 grams spring onions
    • 300 grams chicken cutlets
    • 60 grams shredded Leerdammer® Original cheese
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 25 centiliters of dry white wine
    • 8 tarragon leaves
    • Salt, pepper

Rigatoni with Chicken and Shredded Leerdammer®

Instructions :

  • Cook the rigatoni.
  • While the rigatoni is cooking, slice the chicken cutlets into thin strips, cut the vegetables into matchsticks and slice the onion.
  • In a large skillet, brown the chicken in the olive oil, then add the vegetables and onions and heat them through for about 5 minutes while stirring (the vegetables should remain crisp).
  • Pour in the wine. Remove from heat and add rigatoni, then stir in the shredded Leerdammer® cheese.
  • Decorate with tarragon leaves.
