Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 75 grams green beans
- Olive oil
- 2 fresh tuna steaks
- 75 grams mesclun salad
- 4 tomatoes
- 16 black olives
- 200 grams Leerdammer® Original cheese in cubes
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Juice from half a lemon
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- Salt and pepper

Niçoise salad and Leerdammer® Original
Instructions :
- Cook the potatoes (15-20 minutes) and eggs (10 minutes).
- Trim the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for one and a half minutes.
- Preheat a heavy bottomed skillet.
- Drizzle olive oil on the tuna steaks and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Grill the tuna steaks on high heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- In a salad bowl, arrange the lettuce, green beans, halved potatoes, tomatoes, quartered hard-boiled eggs, black olives, tuna cut into small pieces and the cubes of Leerdammer® Original cheese.
- Season the composed salad by mixing the salt, pepper and vinegar, then add the mustard, olive oil and lemon.
