- 4 veal cutlets (180 grams each)
- 300 grams button mushrooms
- 1 shallot
- 2 dl cream
- 4 tablespoons from The Laughing Cow® in jars
- Salt, pepper

Veal Scallopini with Mushrooms and The Laughing Cow®
Instructions :
- Season four 180-gram veal cutlets with salt and pepper. Brown them on both sides for 1.5 minutes in a hot skillet.
- Remove the cutlets and add 300 grams small button mushrooms and 1 shallot cut into thin slivers.
- Add 2 deciliters of cream and 4 tablespoons from the jar of The Laughing Cow. Let cook for 1 minute and correct seasoning.
- Reheat the cutlets a minute in sauce and serve the dish.
