- 1/4 liter water
- 1/4 liter milk
- 125 grams instant mashed potatoes

- 1 onion
- 1 pat of butter
- 600 grams ground beef
- 250 grams tomato puree

- 50 grams bread crumbs

Shepherd's Pie with The Laughing Cow®
Instructions :
- Bring ¼ liter of water and ¼ liter of milk to a boil in a pot. Pour 125 grams of instant mashed potato powder into the liquid and salt to taste.
- Peel one onion and cut into small dice. Melt a dab of butter in a skillet and cook the onion in it for 1 minute. Add 600 grams of ground beef and cook it for 5 minutes. Season and add 250 grams of pureed tomatoes. Let simmer for 4 minutes on low heat.
- In a buttered casserole dish, spread a layer of mashed potatoes, then a layer of ground beef. Distribute 6 servings of La Vache Qui Rit on the meat and cover with another layer of mashed potatoes. Cover the top of the dish with 50 grams of bread crumbs and a few dabs of butter.
- Cook the dish in the oven at 220°C for 15 minutes.
