Ingredients
- 2 crêpes
- 3 servings of The Laughing Cow
- 150 grams raspberries (save a few for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 coil of Haribo licorice
- 8 squares of white chocolate

Raspberry Sachets with The Laughing Cow®
Instructions :
- In a mixing bowl, use a fork to smash the The Laughing Cow. Add the crème fraîche, honey and four squares of white chocolate, broken into small pieces.
- Stir the raspberries into this mix. Divide the mixture between two crêpes, placing a lump in the middle of each.
- Unspool the licorice coils and create two ribbons. Shape the crêpes into sachets and use the Haribo licorice ribbons to tie them.
- Place the sachets into a very hot oven for a few minutes.
- Serve immediately with the remaining raspberries and the remaining white chocolate bits.
