    • 2 crêpes
    • 3 servings of The Laughing Cow
    • 150 grams raspberries (save a few for garnish)
    • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 coil of Haribo licorice
    • 8 squares of white chocolate

Raspberry Sachets with The Laughing Cow®

Instructions :

  • In a mixing bowl, use a fork to smash the The Laughing Cow. Add the crème fraîche, honey and four squares of white chocolate, broken into small pieces.
  • Stir the raspberries into this mix. Divide the mixture between two crêpes, placing a lump in the middle of each.
  • Unspool the licorice coils and create two ribbons. Shape the crêpes into sachets and use the Haribo licorice ribbons to tie them.
  • Place the sachets into a very hot oven for a few minutes.
  • Serve immediately with the remaining raspberries and the remaining white chocolate bits.
