    • 1.5 dl of single cream,
    • 1.5 dl of milk,
    • 1 egg yolk and 1 whole egg

Ham and The Laughing Cow® quiche

Instructions :

  • 1 – Line a pie dish with baking paper and then roll out and line with shortcrust pastry dough. Prick it with a fork and put it in the fridge.
  • 2 – In a bowl, mix the single cream, the milk, the egg yolk, and the whole egg. Add salt and pepper, the cubes of ham, and the portions of The Laughing Cow® cut into cubes.
  • 3 – Pour this mixture onto the dough and bake at 220°C for 15 minutes, then at 200°C for a further 25 minutes.
