- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 150 g of cooked ham cubes
- 6 portions of The Laughing Cow® cheese
- 1.5 dl of single cream,
- 1.5 dl of milk,
- 1 egg yolk and 1 whole egg
- Salt and pepper.

Ham and The Laughing Cow® quiche
Instructions :
- 1 – Line a pie dish with baking paper and then roll out and line with shortcrust pastry dough. Prick it with a fork and put it in the fridge.
- 2 – In a bowl, mix the single cream, the milk, the egg yolk, and the whole egg. Add salt and pepper, the cubes of ham, and the portions of The Laughing Cow® cut into cubes.
- 3 – Pour this mixture onto the dough and bake at 220°C for 15 minutes, then at 200°C for a further 25 minutes.
