- 6 wedges The Laughing Cow
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons fromage blanc 200 grams flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 deciliter cold water
- Peanut oil
- 4 small chicken cutlets (120 grams each)

Chicken Nuggets with The Laughing Cow®
Instructions :
- 1- In a mixing bowl, combine 6 wedges of La Vache Qui Rit, one tablespoon of ketchup and 2 tablespoons of fromage blanc.
- 2- In a mixing bowl, combine 200 grams flour, a pinch of salt, one egg yolk and 1 deciliter of cold water.
- 3- Heat the peanut oil to 200°C in a deep fryer or saucepan.
- 4- Cut four 120-gram chicken cutlets into 5 pieces each. Dip the chicken pieces in the frying batter and drop them in the oil for 3 to 4 minutes until they have a nice color.
- 5- Drain them on a paper towel and serve with sauce at The Laughing Cow®.
