    • 4 slices sourdough bread
    • Approximately 100 grams smoked cod eggs
    • 1 organic lemon
    • 1 freshly cooked hard-boiled egg
    • Sprigs of dill
    • Freshly ground white pepper

Norwegian Toast with Kiri®

Instructions :

  • Use a fork to mash the cod eggs in a mixing bowl. Grate the lemon zest into the egg paste.
  • Squeeze the lemon and add its juice. Add pepper and mix together.
  • Work the Kiri® to soften it and blend it into the cod egg mixture.
  • Peel the hard-boiled egg. Use a knife to chop the egg finely.
  • Toast the bread and spread the mixture on it. Garnish with a line of chopped egg and decorate with a sprig of dill.
