- 5 servings Kiri® cheese
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- Approximately 100 grams smoked cod eggs
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 freshly cooked hard-boiled egg
- Sprigs of dill
- Freshly ground white pepper

Norwegian Toast with Kiri®
Instructions :
- Use a fork to mash the cod eggs in a mixing bowl. Grate the lemon zest into the egg paste.
- Squeeze the lemon and add its juice. Add pepper and mix together.
- Work the Kiri® to soften it and blend it into the cod egg mixture.
- Peel the hard-boiled egg. Use a knife to chop the egg finely.
- Toast the bread and spread the mixture on it. Garnish with a line of chopped egg and decorate with a sprig of dill.
