Vegetables stuffed with Boursin

Instructions :

  • Cut a hole into the top of the vegetables (tomatoes, courgettes, peppers). Empty them out and poach them for 3 min with their lids on.
  • Mix the bread soaked in milk with three beaten eggs, 4 tablespoons of Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs, and some black olives.
  • Add salt and pepper, and then fill the vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12 min at gas mark 6/7.
