- Tomatoes, round courgettes or bell peppers
- Milk
- 3 eggs
- Bread without the crust
- 4 tablespoons of Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- Black olives

Vegetables stuffed with Boursin
Instructions :
- Cut a hole into the top of the vegetables (tomatoes, courgettes, peppers). Empty them out and poach them for 3 min with their lids on.
- Mix the bread soaked in milk with three beaten eggs, 4 tablespoons of Boursin Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs, and some black olives.
- Add salt and pepper, and then fill the vegetables. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 12 min at gas mark 6/7.
