This recipe is based on Boursin®
Profiteroles with Boursin®
Instructions :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6).
- In a pot, heat the water, milk, butter, sugar and salt over low heat. When the mixture reaches a boil, remove it from the heat and dump all the flour into the pot in one gesture. Mix.
- Return the pot to the stove and eliminate moisture from the dough by working it vigorously with a wooden spoon. When the dough no longer sticks to the sides of the pot, turn off the stove.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time. Fill a pastry bag with dough.
- Use a silicone liner or place a sheet of parchment paper on your baking sheet and form balls the size of small walnuts.
- Place them 5 cm apart because they will expand as they cook.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Then let the profiteroles cool.
- Slice a small "cap" off the top of each profiterole and fill them with different kinds of Boursin® cheese.
