- 250 grams short crust pastry
- 6 dried figs
- 100 grams hazelnuts
- 2 apples
- 2 tablespoons Boursin® Cuisine Three Pepper
- 1 egg

Fruit Turnovers with Boursin®
Instructions :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat setting 6).
- Chop the figs and hazelnuts. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes. In a mixing bowl, combine the figs, hazelnuts, apples, eggs and the Boursin®.
- Spread the pastry dough over a floured work surface. Cut out circles using a cookie cutter or small inverted glass.
- Drop a spoonful of the fruit mixture onto one half of each of the circles then seal them by pressing around the edges.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Serve warm or cold as an hors d'oeuvre.
Tip :
You may use brick pastry sheets by cutting them into squares to create small bundles.
