Every year, “The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®” competition identifies and honors the companies with the most satisfied employees. For the third straight year, Bel’s Chicago-based American subsidiary has been selected as one of the 101 best companies in the city from among more than 1,000 aspirants.

By way of an employee questionnaire, companies are evaluated based on several criteria, such as communication, work-life balance, training, diversity and the recognition and retention of employees.
Bel’s American subsidiary has shown marked progress in all the categories evaluated in this competition. It particularly distinguished itself in the following categories: work-life balance, competitiveness of salary and recognition and retention of employees—all themes addressed by the Group in its CSR program. This award illustrates that Bel, through the voice of its employees, is willing to establish working conditions that make it one of the best and brightest companies to work for.
