It was in 1957 in the Normandy town of Gournay that François Boursin created the famous brand that still bears his name today. Boursin® is indeed the symbol of a cheese-making tradition and know-how that combined honorable ingredients like garlic, cream, milk, herbs, salt and pepper to produce a successful, subtle blend that gives it the fresh, unique flavor that we all know.
