On December 31, 2009, 69.23% of Fromageries Bel was owned by the Unibel company and the Bel/Fiévet family group. As the Bel Group holding company, Unibel defines the long-term vision and sets the major strategic guidelines to ensure the Group's development, profitability and independence.

Shareholders
In 2008, Bel Group sales volumes showed good resilience in a steadily deteriorating economic climate. The integration of Boursin® was completed in line with targets. However, prices for raw materials and industrial products negatively impacted operating income.
