    Mobility is not just a promise at Bel. Implementation principles are defined by a Group policy. Candidates are jointly named by managers and the human resource team, who assess and map out adapted paths for career mobility. This global effort, which covers all Group functions and geographical regions, is implemented and led by a "Mobility" committee that meets monthly.

    Bel has made it a goal to fill two-thirds of its executive positions with in-house talent. Mobility is necessary for success.
