Bel strengthens ties to students
Bel's human resource strategy is based on employee development. The Group seeks to win the loyalty of talented people, whether they are interns, newcomers or long-standing employees.
Because today's students are tomorrow's managers, we would like to accompany their first steps into the professional realm.
To that end, we foster close ties to students by identifying their skills and expectations, and multiplying opportunities for communication through meetings, presentations, forums, and sponsorships. When recruiting, our interns are given priority.

Students and recent graduates, seize the opportunities we offer in France and abroad
Each year, Bel welcomes some 100 interns for missions in France and abroad in the consumer goods sector. Our interns are supervised by a tutor and start their internships with a full training program to learn our tools and processes.
An internship at Bel is a learning and empowering experience, one where you will quickly be encouraged to take the initiative. You become the master of your career, as your path depends on the risks you take.
To make your experience as rich as possible, your mission is reviewed from time to time by your manager and our human resource team. Immersed in an environment of trust and responsiveness, your apprenticeship will be professional and human.
We offer internships all year long, primarily in the following areas:
• Marketing (Assistant Product Manager, Assistant Brand Manager in Europe or the international region)
• Sales (Assistant Category Manager, sector leader)
• Purchasing
• R&D
• Finance (Assistant Financial Controller, Assistant Management Controller)
• Human resources
• Supply Chain (Assistant, Physical Distribution Project Manager)
• Assistant flow manager, etc.
If you're looking for an internship or a first job, think Bel and join a pioneering food group that transforms cheese into innovative, concept-based products. The Laughing Cow®, Boursin®, Leerdammer®, Kiri®, and Babybel®, as well as our local brands, inspire quality, innovation and smiles around the world.
Our promise is straightforward. We offer a challenging and engaging career at a group that promotes employee training and development in France and abroad.
